How to report something broken
Updated
Open Tickets from Home, tap Ticket, say what's wrong and tap Open ticket. Everyone in the house sees it on the board.
Steps
- On Home, tap the Tickets card.
- Tap Ticket at the top of the screen. If nothing is open yet, you can tap Report something instead.
- Fill in What's wrong?. Add Details if they help.
- Pick a Priority: low, normal, high or urgent.
- Pick the Unit, or leave it on Whole house, and say Where exactly.
- To add photos, tap Add photos and pick them.
- Tap Open ticket. You go to the ticket's page.
Good to know
- Anyone in the house can open a ticket and anyone can edit one with Edit on its page.
- Adding photos needs Premium. On the free plan, photos already on a ticket stay visible.
- Housemates who turned on New tickets in their reminders get a notification.
