Questions
Is hausync for finding a roommate?
No. hausync is for roommates who already live together: chores, bills, laundry and the house chat. It has no listings or roommate matching.
Does everyone need to download it?
No. You can add roommates by name and split with them straight away; each gets a private link. hausync also runs in any phone browser.
How much does it cost?
Free for any house, no card needed. Premium adds photos, move-in inspections, the belongings inventory, the lease tracker and laundry tags: one subscription per house, $8 a month (or $60 a year) for up to 6 people, $12 for 7–12, $16 for 13+. Every house gets its first move-in check free. Housemates never pay; the owner does.
