Any size. Premium is priced by house size: $8 a month for up to 6 people, $12 for 7–12 and $16 for 13 or more, one subscription for the whole house.

How much does it cost?
Free for any house, no card needed. Premium adds photos, move-in inspections, the belongings inventory, the lease tracker and laundry tags: one subscription per house, $8 a month (or $60 a year) for up to 6 people, $12 for 7–12, $16 for 13+. Every house gets its first move-in check free. Housemates never pay; the owner does.
