How to add your lease and get notice reminders

An admin opens Lease from the house page, fills in the dates, rent and days of notice, and taps Save lease. hausync then reminds everyone before the last day to give notice and before the lease ends.
Steps
- On Home, tap the house name at the top, then tap Lease.
- Fill in Starts and Ends, Rent a month and Deposit.
- Enter Days of notice to move out or renew. Check your lease for the word notice.
- Under Landlord or property manager, add their Name, Phone and Email.
- Add any Notes and tap Save lease.
- The page now shows Key dates, including Last day to give notice and Lease ends. Use Call, Text or Email to reach the landlord.
- To change it later, tap Edit at the top.
Good to know
- The lease needs Premium. Everyone in the house can see it, and only admins and the owner can edit it.
- The last day to give notice is the end date minus the days of notice. Reminders go to everyone with an account 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before it, and on the day.
- Everyone also gets a reminder 14 days before the lease ends and on the end day.
- Reminders only go out while the house has Premium.
