How to change who sees a list, rename it, or archive it

Open the list and tap Options at the top. From there you can rename it, change who sees it, or archive it.

Steps

Open Lists and tap the list.
Tap Options (the ... button) at the top right.
To rename it, type the new name and tap Rename.
To change who sees it, pick Whole house, a floor, or Just me, and tap Save.
To remove the list, tap Archive list and confirm.

Good to know

A floor list is only visible to people on that floor, plus admins and owners.
Only the person who made a list can make it Just me.
An archived list keeps its items. To bring it back, tap Archived lists at the bottom of the Lists tab and tap Restore.
