How to add items to a list and check them off

Type in Add an item, add a quantity in Qty if you like, and tap Add. Tap the round check button to check an item off.

Steps

Open Lists and tap the list.
Type in Add an item. Add a number in Qty if you like. Tap Add.
Tap the round check button next to an item to check it off. Tap it again to undo.
Tap an item's text to edit it: change the name, quantity or note, or pick who it's for (or Anyone). Then tap Save.
To delete an item, tap its text, tap Delete, and confirm.
Checked-off items are hidden. Tap Show done to see them, or Hide done to hide them again.
Tap Clear done to remove all checked-off items at once.

Checked items show who checked them off.
Only people who can see the list are offered when you pick who an item is for. On a floor list, that's the people on that floor plus admins and owners.
Clear done never removes staples.
