How to reset a forgotten password

Steps

1. On the Log in page, tap Forgot your password? under the button.
2. Enter the email you signed up with and tap Send reset link.
3. You see Check your email. Open the email and tap Reset password.
4. On Choose a new password, enter a New password (at least 10 characters), type it again in Repeat it, and tap Save and log in.

Good to know

• The link works once and for one hour. If it has expired, tap Send a new link and use the newest email.
• Resetting signs you out on every other device.
• Nothing arrived? Check spam and make sure it's the email you signed up with.
• If you only ever used Google or Apple, you can set a password from Sign-in methods instead.
