How to cancel Premium or update your card

The owner opens Plan & billing on the website and taps Manage subscription & card. Cancel or change the card in the Stripe page that opens.

The house owner

Steps

Sign in on the hausync website.
On Home, tap the house name at the top. Under Settings, tap Plan & billing.
Tap Manage subscription & card.
On the Stripe page, cancel the subscription or update your card.
When you're done, go back to hausync.

Only the owner can manage the subscription.
If a payment fails, the owner sees Your card was declined. with an Update it link. Premium keeps working while Stripe retries the card.
After cancelling, the house goes back to the free plan. What you made with Premium stays readable.
The store apps don't show this button. Use the website.
