How to block or unblock someone
Updated
Press and hold one of their messages and tap Block, or tap Block at the top of your direct chat with them, then confirm. Unblock them from Blocked people in Settings.
Steps
- Press and hold one of their messages and tap Block followed by their name. Or open your direct chat with them and tap Block at the top right.
- Read what blocking does, then tap the Block button with their name to confirm.
- To undo it, tap your house name on Home, open Blocked people under Settings, and tap Unblock.
Good to know
- They can't message you directly, and your direct chat with them is hidden.
- Their messages in house and floor chats are collapsed for you. Tap Show to read one.
- They aren't told. Chores, bills and money between you stay exactly as they are.
